Fitness Results and Vertical Jump - November 3

Here are the results for the fitness tests on Day 1, November 3. The tables are organized by exercise and by rank. See where you stand!
Please keep in mind, this is just a mark of what you can do TODAY. We want to see all of these numbers go up each time we measure them. However, we will be making adjustments to individual technique and form for different exercises - some of you were cheating and making things easier today!
With that in mind, the last table indicates which player had the best technique in each exercise. Good technique doesn't mean doing it the 'hard way' - it means doing it the right way, which will train your muscles and neurons most effectively.
